Branding and advertising

I have worked for over a decade as a senior graphic designer, creating branding and advertising campaigns for a variety of high profile, blue-chip firms in the FTSE100. A small selection of clients include:

The work for these clients has incorporated a range of skills, from branding and logo design, retouching, motion graphics, animation, presentations, video editing, 3D design and flythroughs, copywriting, hand-drawing, diagrams, web design, email and social advertising and many more.

Working to brand guidelines, I created a host of event and exhibition stand designs, from 3D mockups in Sketchup to final artwork. I would then oversee print in-house on large format Canon printers, including die-cutting vinyl applications and hand-cutting custom foamex and foamcore elements.

I have worked with a variety of blue chip clients, from Babcock to IBM, rebranding their offices from sketched concepts, 3D visuals to print production, using the latest techniques, laser cut steel elements and creating augmented reality interactive displays.

IBM Smarter Planet Lab at Birmingham Metropolitan College

This work went from sketching out concepts, creating 3D visuals in Sketchup, to overseeing in-house print production. The finished offices included printed wall vinyl, LED suspended panels and augmented reality overlays triggered by imagery.

The project resulted in some incredible responses from the media, boosting IBM’s standing in the education industry.
